Concept video - Convene wearable
The event application, Convene, is the perfect app for a smartwatch.
It makes sense and useful on a watch rather than just cool to have.
In this video we looked into showing a day (the sessions that she/he favourited) in a visual way using the Android Watch API (note the colour blocks showing the time slots for each session), notifying about any changes to the sessions (i.e. a room change), and even helping out the user to find the way to the building the conference is taking place.
A little animation when a user adds an open event to her/his space.
Some users struggled to find where the sessions they favourite go. To solve this we introduced the heart animation below.
